Description
Green Canyon, locally known as Cukang Taneuh (Earth's Bridge), is a breathtaking gorge formed by the Cijulang River cutting through a massive limestone cliff over millennia. The name "Green Canyon" comes from the mesmerizing emerald and turquoise color of the water, caused by the refraction of sunlight on the mineral-rich riverbed and the reflection of the dense green foliage above.
If Green Canyon is a serene boat ride, Citumang is a full-blown, action-packed aquatic adventure. It's often called "Green Canyon's wilder sibling." The focus here is not on a boat ride but on river trekking, swimming, climbing, and jumping.
Highlights
The boat ride culminates at this majestic cave, where you can swim in a breathtaking natural pool surrounded by dramatic rock formations.
