Prambanan

Built in the 9th century by the Sanjaya Dynasty, Prambanan was dedicated to the Trimurti—the three supreme Hindu gods: Shiva the Destroyer, Vishnu the Keeper, and Brahma the Creator. Though time and earthquakes have taken their toll, the complex has been painstakingly resurrected. Today, standing amidst the restored main shrines and the scattered ruins of surrounding temples, you witness a powerful symbol of resilience and devotion.
